4-month course intended for business trainers who work shaping and developing competencies. The course is a continuation of the first part - English for trainers, which focuses on the foundations of training skills, i.e. self-presentation, discussing a contract or conducting training activities. In the second part - Master Trainers, we focus on deepening competences and training tools - we rely on practical discussions and methods of building authority and personal brand; or dealing with difficult situations in the training room. The aim of the course is to deepen the trainer's workshop through practical discussions and the possibility of practicing, among others coaching tools, metalanguage - all in English. Participants have the opportunity to discuss common challenges in a group of experts.
Classes are held in the form of training combining a mini theoretical part with a practical one. We work on deepening the training competences through the practical application of tools, i.e. coaching tools - using simulations in which course participants play the roles of trainers and trainees. We conduct discussions, brainstorming sessions, and work on case studies based on real scenarios.
The course is conducted in small groups to provide the opportunity for easy conversation and practice (groups of up to 6 people).
Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:
- Presentation
- Vocabulary list with expressions used in the courses
- List of expressions used during lives (i.e. used by the students during the training - coaching tools in trainings etc.).
- Written language feedback based on training samples (transcription)
- Certificate in Polish and English
