4-month month online course intended for professional coaches who plan to conduct coaching sessions in English. The course is a continuation of Part I, and focuses on the use of a wider range of tools and the deepening of the trainer's competences during English-language sessions. The purpose of the course is to learn and practice typical expressions and phrases used in coaching (we conduct sample coaching sessions in English).
The course is held in the form of a practical workshop and combines a mini theoretical part with a practical part, discussion and samples of coaching sessions based on the tools used in coaching (e.g. Walt Disney method, down the cube model), where participants act as both a coach practising English and a coache.
The course is conducted in small groups to provide the opportunity for easy conversation and practice (groups of up to 6 people).
