English for Trainers

4-month course intended for business trainers who work shaping and developing competencies. The purpose of the course is to learn and practice expressions and language structures used during training sessions. Classes in the form of training sessions combining small theoretical part and practice. We work on select stages and elements of training, i.e. building rapport and discussing. During the course students have the opportunity to perform sample exercises in the form of simulations and case studies. The course in concluded with a short training session conducted by each participant.
The course is conducted in small groups to provide the opportunity for easy conversation and practice (groups of up to 4 people).
Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:
- Presentation
- Vocabulary list with expressions used in the courses
- List of expressions used during lives (i.e. used by the students during the training - self-presentation, introduction, settling contract etc.)
- Written language feedback based on training samples (transcription)
- Certificate in Polish and English

The course takes 4 months - 4 meetings per month (60 minutes each).
