English for Junior HR

4-month HR foundation course. Online course dedicated to people preparing for a career in HR and taking their first steps in this field. The course aims at gaining HR business knowledge based on the practical experience of the coaches, broadening HR related English vocabulary as well as learning and practicing everyday HR lingo.
Classes in the form of training sessions combining the theory and practice with varied discussions, sharing experiences and inspirations, as well as exercising. To consolidate knowledge gained in each thematic block even further, participants develop practical tasks using new business expertise and English vocabulary. The icing on the cake of the course is defining predispositions and the preferred HR area, according to the personal profile. The course is conducted in small groups to provide the opportunity for easy conversation and practice (groups of up to 6 people).
Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:
- Presentations
- Vocabulary list with examples of usage
- Exercises to consolidate knowledge from a particular topic
- Certificate in Polish and English
