4-month online course for SCRUM MASTERS planning to conduct facilitation and collaborate with stakeholders in English. The course is taught collectively by an experienced SCRUM MASTER, ICC certified Agile coach, as well as an ICF (ACC) coach and business trainer with 15 years of experience in business (HR) who is also a business English lecturer.
The purpose of the course is to learn and practice typical expressions and phrases used in conducting scrum meetings and promoting Agile culture in organizations. The practical part includes carrying out exemplary meetings in English during classes.
Classes in the form of training sessions combining the theory and practice with discussions and sample meetings (i.a. discussing product vision with a PO, conducting daily and retro).
Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:
- Presentation
- Vocabulary list with expressions used by a Scrum Master
- List of expressions used during lives (i.e. used by the participants during conducting events)
- Written language feedback based on events samples (transcription)
- Certificate in Polish and English
