3-month course dedicated to people working od designing compensation system, designing & working on pay budgets or pay reviews. The course aims at broadening compensation & benefits related English vocabulary as well as learning and practicing everyday HR lingo. Classes in the form of training sessions combining the theory and practice with varied discussions, exercising, sharing HR related experiences, and broadening knowledge of HR areas.
The course is conducted in small groups to provide the opportunity for easy conversation and practice (groups of up to 6 people).
Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:
- Presentations
- Vocabulary list with examples of usage
- Exercises to consolidate knowledge from a particular topic
- Certificate in Polish and English

The course takes 3 months - 4 meetings of 60 minutes each, every month.
